Authorization to Email Tenant Copy of Billing Statement

It is the owner's responsibility to ensure that the account is paid current. Murphys Sanitary must be notified of any change in tenants. Account Balances must be paid and all information must be furnished in order to process this request. This authorization is only to send a copy of the sewer bill to the tenant by email.
